Overview
The Zuleikhabai Auditorium is a multipurpose facility within the ZVMG Rangoonwala Community Centre. It has recently gone through a full scale renovation. This well-equipped hall accommodates up to 440 people. Part of the facility is a spacious Courtyard available for functions where food can be served. The Auditorium has been redesigned taking into consideration acoustics, the latest technology and equipment, ergonomics and modernity. The Zuleikhabai Auditorium can be used for a wide range of purposes including business meetings, classical and pop concerts, theatrical and dance performances, marketing presentations, annual meetings, lectures, seminars and marriage ceremonies.
"Art Technology"
The Zuleikhabai Auditorium has an in-house automated lighting system. 30 Fresnel lights give enough glows to the stage which is suitable for almost every kind of performance. All these lights are centrally controlled by a 48 channel STRAND Controller.
The Zuleikhabai Auditorium now has available an advanced lightening system to enhance audience's experience. This is the only Auditorium in Karachi which is equipped with the 4200 Lumens Multimedia Projector for presentations and film shows.
The Dressing Room located behind the main stage is easily accessible. A number of amenities are on offer to performers in preparation for their performance.
The Control Room is equipped with a 48 channel STRAND stage light controller, BOSE Amplifiers and sound mixer, DJ Lights DMX controller, one touch ceiling light controller, TELE-EYE surveillance system, SONY DVD Players and a NEC multimedia controller. The entire auditorium is operated from its control room.
The Zuleikhabai Auditorium is equipped with the latest equipment from the world best companies with all security and safety measures. The sound system installed by BOSE, is the first of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region. The system is capable of giving high quality sound for live performances; Back-ground music and cinematic surround sounds with just one touch.
